Education Background:

John C. Funk earned his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. John graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in both Political Science and Psychology. John received his Associate’s Degree at the College of Eastern Utah in Price, Utah, where he graduated with highest honors. John is also pursuing his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.

Employment Background:

During his undergraduate studies, John worked for South West Center Mental Health in Cedar City, Utah. While in law school, he clerked for a personal injury firm in Topeka, Kansas. After moving to Las Vegas, John worked for a sole practitioner whose practice emphasis was brain injury litigation (neuro-law) and personal injury.

John is an Associate at Potter Law Offices. His practice emphasis is brain injury and general civil litigation. John is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice in all Justice, Municipal, District and Federal courts in the State of Nevada.
